We loved having ✨ ✨founder Sara Roberts in the shop this week, sharing the story behind her newest collection now at Haskill Creek.

What started as a love of painting and gathering around the table has become linens that quite literally bring art to the table. Each print begins as Sara’s original artwork, then is thoughtfully printed on beautiful, washable linen made in Portugal. The result feels elevated but entirely livable.

This new collection is inspired by abstract painting and saturated color. Think bold aubergine, layered greens, mustard stripes, blue-on-blue patterns. Pieces designed to mix, match, and evolve with your mood.
Because setting the table is not just about dinner.

It is about creating a moment.

And we could all use a little more joy in those moments right now.

“A little wedding hindsight from Carrie, co-owner of Haskill Creek 👋”

When Scot and I got married, we did a destination wedding. It was everything we dreamed of, magical, beautiful, unforgettable… and also a logistical sport.

Between coordinating vendors from eight hours away and making sure everyone actually showed up where they were supposed to be, one thing got very casually shoved to the bottom of my list: the guest welcome bags.

Huge mistake.

Not because they weren’t thoughtful. They were. But they were also expensive (hello, overnight shipping), rushed, and way more time-consuming than they ever needed to be. Picture me counting items, re-counting items, and wondering if I made enough bags while already mentally exhausted. Not my finest planning moment.

And that is exactly why I now selfishly love that Haskill Creek gets to help brides with this part.
