Weston earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Pacific University. A former collegiate swimmer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, she brings a performance-based mindset to rehabilitation—helping people return not just to baseline, but to their best.
Weston enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels, from athletes chasing performance goals to individuals simply wanting to move with more confidence in everyday life. She believes the best outcomes come from teamwork, where patients feel heard, involved, and empowered throughout the process. With a strong foundation in strength and performance, Weston focuses on helping patients build resilience, celebrate progress, and gain the tools they need to stay active long after leaving the clinic.
Her clinical interests include sports injuries, balance impairments, deconditioning, hypermobility, vestibular conditions, and headaches. No matter the diagnosis, Weston’s goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, working hard, and celebrating both the big milestones and the small wins along the way.
Outside of the clinic, Weston enjoys weightlifting, swimming, and skiing, as well as spending time outdoors with her spouse and their two dogs, Koda and Gumbie. You may even spot Gumbie, a miniature Australian Shepherd, visiting the clinic from time to time—while Koda continues perfecting his manners from home.
