The mission of Leadership Ohio is to cultivate experiences that elevate leaders’ knowledge, perspective, and connections from a community to a state-wide level. Over the next year, the leaders in the 2026 class will participate in high-impact monthly sessions across Ohio with policymakers, industry leaders, and community organizations, focusing on pivotal topics such as workforce retention, national security, the judicial system, and childcare accessibility.

The Intensive Family Support Program (IFSP) at The Buckeye Ranch is designed for youth ages 5–18 who need intensive mental health intervention to engage the families who love them in the therapeutic process.

Here’s what makes IFSP unique:

✅ In-home support: Our team meets with families 1–3 times per week to keep everyone safely together.
✅ Flexible length: Typically 6–9 months, tailored to each family’s needs.
✅ Whole-family approach: We believe every family has strengths. IFSP promotes positive development and healthy family functioning.
✅ Expert care: Clinicians are trained in community psychiatric supportive treatment, behavioral health counseling and therapy, mental health assessment, and crisis response

Last year, IFSP supported 493 individuals in our community.

Why it matters: IFSP helps reduce out-of-home placements and strengthens families through trauma-informed, evidence-basedcare.

At The Buckeye Ranch, our Residential Treatment Services provide the most intensive level of care for youth who need comprehensive mental health support.

Offered at our secure Grove City campus, these programs deliver:
-Mental health care
-Individual, group, and family therapy
-Physical and nutritional healthcare
-Social and emotional coping skill support
-On-site schooling through City Schools

In Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25), we served 208 youth through Residential Treatment Services!

Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP): 190
Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF): 18

This work is possible thanks to our dedicated team and the families who trust us during critical times.

We also proudly expanded these services in FY25. In December, we celebrated the completion of our $35 million campus expansion to increase capacity for both QRTP and PRTF programs. This milestone ensures more children can receive the care they need close to home and in their community.
