To help your body adapt:
✔️ Go to bed 15–20 minutes earlier a few nights before the change
✔️ Get natural sunlight in the morning
✔️ Avoid caffeine late in the day
✔️ Stick to a consistent sleep schedule

If you’re feeling extra tired or off this week, you’re not alone. We’re here to help with sleep support, vitamins, and wellness advice to keep you feeling your best. 💚

Ever feel like your brain is still “working” even while you sleep? New research from the Mayo Clinic suggests that in people with epilepsy, the brain may actually reinforce seizure activity during sleep by processing it like a memory. This surprising discovery could change how we understand sleep, memory, and seizures.

Sleep is usually considered the body’s ultimate recovery tool, a time when the brain clears out toxins and files away the day's lessons. But a new study from the Mayo Clinic suggests that for people with

😴 IBS & Sleep: It’s More Connected Than You Think 🌙

If you live with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), you may have noticed your nights aren’t always restful — and there’s a reason for that. IBS symptoms like abdominal discomfort, bloating, and urgency can make falling and staying asleep more difficult.

Here’s what to keep in mind:
✨ Poor sleep can make IBS symptoms feel worse the next day.
✨ Stress and anxiety — common with IBS — can interfere with sleep quality.
✨ Digestive discomfort at night may lead to frequent wake-ups.

Tips that may help:
• Keep a regular sleep schedule 🕒
• Avoid heavy meals before bedtime 🍽️
• Practice calming routines — like relaxation or gentle stretching 🌿
• Talk with your healthcare provider about ways to manage symptoms

Better sleep isn’t just restful — it can support your digestion and overall well-being too.

🧪 Did you know? 🧪

Many people believe they’re allergic to amoxicillin or other penicillin-type antibiotics — but the truth might surprise you!

📊 Around 10–20% of people report having a penicillin or amoxicillin allergy, yet studies show that less than 1% are truly allergic when properly tested. That means most people who think they’re allergic can actually take these medications safely.

🤒 In many cases, what gets labeled as an “allergy” is actually a rash or reaction caused by the illness itself, not the medication. Certain viral infections can cause rashes that appear while someone is taking antibiotics, leading to a lifelong allergy label that may not be accurate.

❗Why this matters:
An incorrect allergy label can lead to using alternative antibiotics that may be less effective, more expensive, and contribute to antibiotic resistance.

💡 If you’ve been told you’re allergic in the past (especially from childhood), talk with your healthcare provider or pharmacist about whether an evaluation or allergy test might be right for you.
