Introducing Morpheus, the new therapy dog for the clinic. While there will never be another Archer, Morpheus will do his best to fill Archer’s harness. He is currently 10 weeks old and over 26 lbs. He begins formal training next month so is just getting used to the clinic. Feel free to stop by and say hello anytime since he will be here 6 days per week. It is with great sadness that I have to announce that Archer passed this morning from heart failure. His heart was significantly enlarged, and his heart could not keep up. I know his favorite thing to do was to come to the clinic and make sure everyone got to cuddle him, whether or not they really wanted to. He was 5.5 years old and will be greatly missed by those who knew him. Thank you to everyone who made his last days in the clinic enjoyable for him with the ear and belly scratches. I truly appreciate it.
