This quick and gentle breakfast is perfect when your appetite is low but your body still needs fuel.
Ingredients:
½–¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

2–3 tbsp soft berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
