✨ Meet Alessandra Crosara Testa (Ally) ✨

Viagen is excited to welcome Dr. Alessandra Crosara Testa—known to many as Ally—to our team. Ally is an experienced reproduction veterinarian with over 20 years in equine reproduction, working with breeders and veterinarians across multiple countries. She graduated from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), Brazil, and completed her specialization in reproduction at Instituto Brasileiro de Veterinária, IBVET.

Throughout her career, Ally has focused on helping clients achieve consistent, high-quality reproductive results through advanced techniques, strategic planning, and close collaboration with veterinarians and breeders.

As a Client Service Field Representative, her goal at Viagen is simple and clear: to support our clients at every step and help them achieve their breeding goals with confidence. Based in Ocala, she will be traveling the country to spread her passion for equine reproduction and the ViaGen promise.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys riding horses, music, skiing, and quality time with her family.

ᴇᴍᴘʟᴏʏᴇᴇ ʜɪɢʜʟɪɢʜᴛ 👩🏼‍🔬

Our lab in Ocala has gotten busier and busier, so we would like to introduce Taylor Ladner as our new Lab Technician.

Taylor is from a small town called Kiln, Mississippi (fun fact - it’s Brett Farve’s hometown and it only has a current population of about 2,454). She received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Microbiology and Biochemistry with a Spanish minor from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida. Her training is primarily in virology and bacteriology with experience in cell culture and some in food science and parasitology. She enjoys reading, playing video games, and scuba diving.

She shares two fur babies of the feline variety with her boyfriend. She came to Viagen for a change of pace where she can combine her love of lab work with her passion for animals, and she found an incredible group of people who are just as passionate.

We are lucky to have a dedicated and hard working teammate like Taylor! We are excited to continue to grow and appreciate having the best staff to keep us going.

Happy Holidays!!

Thank you to everyone who has made 2025 such a tremendous year! Our ICSI and Cell Culture teams got together this week to celebrate our immense growth, personal highlights, and excitement for the next year to come.

Any aspirations can be rerouted to Whitesboro during days of operation.
