Our private sessions center around you and your goals. They may look a little different than you would image a personal training session to be, as we incorporate not only our knowledge on strength training and movement, but also add assisted stretching when helpful.

In this video, I am working with a 16 yo competitive swimmer who has an important meet this weekend.

Over the past few months we have been focusing on balancing strength and minimizing injury. As she was training hard in the pool, we would use dumbbells and slow body weight movements to strengthen areas that were imbalanced, work on core strength, and stability.

However this week we switched to a stretch session because we want to make sure her body is ready for her meet this weekend.

During the session we spent time extending her spine, stretching her chest muscles, and mobilizing her shoulders.
