What is your prediction on this storm? I wouldn't mind being snowed in and making some progress on my book. This is going to be a long project, but I'm excited for what I am working on for you. 🫶

As I was writing this afternoon, reflecting on mine and my clients journey's, I came up with a list of moments that you will clearly see the level of functionality, connection and support in your life (in no particular order):

1. When you tell the truth about your story,

2. When you hit rock bottom,

3. When you take on healing and growth instead of living on autopilot,

4. When you get completely sober,

5. When you are off of social media,

6. When you are fighting for your life/fighting a chronic disease/illness,

7. When you step into your power and potential,

8. When you become successful.

As a survivor, advocate, life coach and the founder of Clearly Connected, I know the journey all too well.

And there is nothing I love more than taking you through the process so you can live your most Clearly Connected life too. 💕

Everyone is fighting something within themselves and behind closed doors that you know nothing about.

When we are willing to be vulnerable and face things head on, it opens the doors to transformation and growth on a number of different levels.

Although it's intense and comes with it's challenges, I'm always so grateful to be so attuned to myself and others.

We now caught early stage adrenal fatigue, believed to be directly correlated with the sudden and severe drop in hormone levels, the MTHFR genetic component and of course my body still in recovery from everything I've gone through these last two years in surgeries and procedures alone.

I will hopefully notice a difference in how I feel over the next few months and continue to head in the right direction. I'm definitely excited for all of the opportunities and changes that are ahead.

Last night I had a long overdue and heartfelt conversation with someone I love dearly. In telling my story in entirety, along with everything that has happened behind closed doors-saying it all out loud.....it made me realize a lot. This is the year that Clearly Connected dreams are made of.
