Hi valued client,
I want to personally share an upcoming update to my session rates.
Beginning in 2026, all inclusive pricing will be:
30 minutes – $6060 minutes – $12090 minutes – $155
Tipping included in rates!
This adjustment reflects the continued growth of my practice, 20 years of clinical experience, and the fully inclusive care provided at every visit. Each session has add-ons included but not limited to cupping, hot stones, bamboo, hot towels, magnesium support, organic oils, and personalized therapeutic techniques, stretching, assessments and wellness education — without add-on fees.
I also intentionally schedule 30 minutes between clients to ensure proper sanitation, preparation, and an unhurried, grounded experience for every person who walks through my door. I have reduced the amount of people I see to keep up with high standards of my service.
My commitment remains the same: to provide skilled, results-driven bodywork in a calm, individualized setting that supports your long-term wellness.
I am deeply grateful for your continued trust and support. It is truly an honor to be part of your care.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

With much appreciation,Trina Lazarek LMT, C/MLD, CYT

💆‍♀️ A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Massage Therapist (Who Owns Her Own Practice)

People see:
✨ 60 minutes on the table.

They don’t always see:

🧺 The laundry before the first client arrives
🧽 The deep cleaning and disinfecting between every session
📝 Health updates and chart notes
📲 Texts, confirmations, rescheduling
📚 Continuing education to stay current and effective
🛍 Restocking magnesium, organic oils, hot towels, stones, bamboo
🧾 Bookkeeping, licensing, insurance, taxes
🖥 Marketing and keeping the schedule full
🌿 30 minutes intentionally blocked between each client so no one ever feels rushed

If I see 4 clients in a day, I’m working about 7 hours.
If I see 5, it’s closer to 8+.

Running a solo practice means I’m the therapist, receptionist, cleaning crew, accountant, and continuing education student — all in one.

And I truly love it.

Because what I get in return is this:
Watching shoulders soften.
Seeing pain levels drop.
Helping someone finally take a deep breath.
Holding space for nervous systems that haven’t felt safe in weeks.

This work reflects 20 years of experience, ongoing education, premium products, and fully inclusive sessions — without charging add-on fees. My rates allow me to maintain this level of care, keep unhurried space between appointments, and continue investing in the quality you feel when you walk through the door.

Thank you to everyone who supports my small business and values personalized, therapeutic work. Your trust allows me to keep doing what I love, at the level I believe you deserve 🤍

Sincerely,
Trina lazarek

🚩 Wrong Reasons to Shop Around for a Massage Therapist Based on Price

1️⃣ “I just want the cheapest one.”
If price is your #1 filter, you’re treating massage like a coupon — not healthcare.

Would you pick the cheapest:
• Dentist?
• Surgeon?
• Therapist?

Your nervous system, fascia, and long-term mobility deserve discernment.

2️⃣ “Massage is massage. It’s all the same.”
It’s not.

There’s a massive difference between:
• Relaxation-only work
• Clinical pain relief
• Nervous system regulation
• Somatic / fascia-based therapy

Skill depth, training hours, intuition, and clinical reasoning matter.

3️⃣ “They’re charging more — it’s probably the same thing.”
Higher rates often reflect:
• Advanced education
• Years of experience
• Ongoing training
• Better body mechanics (so they can sustain quality work)
• Professional boundaries & business integrity

You’re paying for outcome — not just time on a table.

4️⃣ “I just need an hour.”
No.
You need the right practitioner.

The wrong fit — even for less money — can cost you:
• More appointments
• Longer healing time
• Re-injury
• Frustration

5️⃣ “I’ll try someone cheaper this time.”
Consistency builds progress.

Your tissues respond to relationship.
Your nervous system responds to safety.
Your results respond to continuity.

Switching constantly resets that process.

💡 The Better Question to Ask:
• Who understands my body?
• Who listens deeply?
• Who tracks progress?
• Who invests in their education?
• Who do I trust?

Price is part of the equation.
It should not be the only one.

Sincerely
Trina lazarek LMT
