We are honored to recognize an amazing nurse! Fallon Capshaw joined our team in July 2023, bringing with her previous experience from an OBGYN clinic and Carrus Rehab.

Fallon says what she loves most about working at 1st Texas is the family atmosphere. “Everyone is always just a phone call away and we work great as a team. I love the people I work with and all of my patients!”

Fallon has been married to her husband Waylon for 22 years. They have two children, Landen (21) and Emmarie (15), and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors together as a family.

We are thankful for Fallon’s dedication, compassion, and the joy she brings to both her patients and our 1st Texas family! ❤️

Ashley has been on our team since June of 2023 and is a loyal and skilled nurse!
Before joining 1st Texas, she worked as the Wound Care and Infection Control Manager for a long-term care facility, where she developed strong clinical skills and a passion for quality patient care.

What Ashley appreciates most about working at 1st Texas is being part of a supportive team, which feels more like a family, and caring for patients who are grateful and kind!

When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family. In her free time, Ashley, her significant other Nathan, and her three children, Grace, Jason, and Brianna, enjoy caring for their garden and small farm, hiking, and exploring new places together. We are so thankful to have Ashley on our team and appreciate her devotion to our patients!!♥️

We are so thankful to have Kelli as part of our work family! She has been with our team for over a year and brings both skill and heart to everything she does. Kelli graduated from nursing school at Tarleton State University. Before joining 1st Texas, Kelli worked in labor & delivery at Baylor Scott & White in Fort Worth, where she built a strong foundation in patient care.

As a home health nurse, Kelli loves building meaningful relationships with her patients! She finds great joy in watching them gain confidence in managing their health, recover after surgery, and enjoys celebrating alongside them when their wounds are fully healed. Kelli is especially grateful for the supportive admin and clinical staff at 1st Texas, calling it a true blessing to work alongside such an encouraging team!

Outside of work, Kelli and her husband Carson are expecting their first baby this April! They enjoy spending time at the lake, cooking together, and bringing along their Australian Shepherd, Silo, wherever adventure calls.😊
