SPI Fitness specializes in athletic performance, injury prevention, fitness, nutrition, and corrective exercise. Athletes in the Greater Utica, NY area will have the opportunity to have a staff qualified in sports medicine, injury prevention, performance enhancement, and nutrition all under one roof. All athletes are given a musculoskeletal assessment specific to their sport. From there the athlete is given a program individualized to the needs of their sport. Not an athlete? Not a problem! Come in for the highest quality private and semi private fitness training, fat loss programs, nutritional consulting, and corrective exercise programs. SPI Fitness is located at 1705 Burrstone Rd, New Hartford, New York, next door to the dunkin donuts and sunoco gas station
