The Energy Therapy I offer in my home invites a relaxing setting that is not clinical, yet offers healing in a safe and confortable environment. My grandmothers and grandfathers (maternal and paternal) have also handed down their wisdom as healers and caretakers to me. The most wonderful gift, for me, is knowing clients are self-healing and I am happily accepting the role of assisting and holding the space for their journey to well-being. Namaste,

Energy Therapy is a relaxing, nurturing energy therapy that uses your bodies natural energy field (biofield) to assist in balancing your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Energy Therapy works with your energy field to support your natural ability to heal. It is safe for all ages and works in harmony with standard medical care. Personally, this type of therapy has been called by many different names by different generations in my own family. BENEFITS
