It honors complex emotions around family building and helps you develop emotional resilience, clarity, and coping skills throughout your journey.
Q: How do I know if this type of therapy is right for me?
A: If you’re experiencing overwhelming emotions related to fertility challenges, loss (including grief for a future you expected), or difficulty making sense of big life transitions, this therapy provides a safe, validating space to explore and heal these experiences alongside a trained clinician.
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: Sunrise Therapy Services does not accept insurance directly. You can pay through the client portal, and you’re welcome to use HSA or FSA cards. A superbill is available for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Q: How much does a session cost?
A: Individual therapy sessions typically range from $125–$150 for 45 minutes, depending on the clinician.
Q: Do you offer a consultation before starting therapy?
A: Yes! A free 15-minute consultation is available to share what’s going on, learn how therapy works, ask questions, and decide if it feels like a good fit.
Q: Is therapy in-person or online?
A: All sessions are provided via telehealth (online), making it accessible from home. You must be physically located in a state where our providers are licensed at the time of your session.
Q: Which states do you serve?
A: Sunrise Therapy Services clinicians are licensed to provide online therapy in Missouri, Florida, Vermont, Alabama and South Carolina.
Q: Do you offer crisis or emergency support?
A: No — these therapy services are not designed for crisis or emergency care. If you are in a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
Q: How often will I meet with a therapist?
A: Session frequency is personalized based on your needs, schedule, and goals, and can be discussed during your first consultation or session.
