Fairhaven is one of the Nation’s original Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) (Life Plan Communities) and is uniquely qualified to meet your changing health care needs while providing a multitude of social, recreational, intellectual and spiritual activities. We provide supportive care, assisted living apartments, memory care facilities, conveniences (including a Mini-Mart), and all the amenities of a retirement community, with the full range of excellent medical services to support your health care needs, including short-term rehabilitation services to get you home as quickly as possible after an illness or injury. While here, relax and enjoy The Oasis, our recreational area, or keep your edge in our fitness center. We have a full-service barber and salon, a piano lounge, a hobby room, a library, private dining rooms including our skylight dining room, seven residential lounges, and even banking services. Also, we have an audiologist on-site as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and even a full-time leisure services department, and all in one location! Partnering alongside the American Legion Auxiliary Unit # 166 Fort Atkinson, Wi 53538 for the 4th annual Blessing Backpack project was a success. Residents at Fairhaven Senior Services made 100 scarves that went into backpacks along with donations of toothbrushes and toothpaste from Rock River Dental, Eby Dental, and Fort Family Dental teams. Each backpack contains a hat, gloves, scarf and socks, along with a personal hygiene pack. 50 backpacks were taken to Gifts Men Shelter in Janesville by project chairs Betty Schelb and Sandy Troemel, and 50 to the Homeless Coalition of Fort Atkinson by ALA unit # 166 President Robin White. We are extremely thankful to be part of this amazing project. Thank you to ALL involved. ❤
