Fairhaven is one of the Nation’s original Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) (Life Plan Communities) and is uniquely qualified to meet your changing health care needs while providing a multitude of social, recreational, intellectual and spiritual activities. We provide supportive care, assisted living apartments, memory care facilities, conveniences (including a Mini-Mart), and all the amenities of a retirement community, with the full range of excellent medical services to support your health care needs, including short-term rehabilitation services to get you home as quickly as possible after an illness or injury. While here, relax and enjoy The Oasis, our recreational area, or keep your edge in our fitness center. We have a full-service barber and salon, a piano lounge, a hobby room, a library, private dining rooms including our skylight dining room, seven residential lounges, and even banking services. Also, we have an audiologist on-site as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and even a full-time leisure services department, and all in one location! Sometimes the best visits are those where students grab a chair or spot on the floor and have a conversation. Thanks to the UW-Whitewater Women's Soccer team for not just Fridays visit but the kindness and time thought the entire school year. Visits like this one is what makes living at Fairhaven so special. Skylight Dining room was hopping with our Easter Dinner and even had a special guest appearance from the Easter Bunny! As you can tell by the pictures, the residents enjoyed the amazing experience that our Dining Services staff put on. Last but not least, how about the food!!!! WOW!!! We hope everyone has a great Easter. 😀🐇❤️

Apartment Resident Sue started off by reading a book about rocks to the group and wr ended with coloring rocks that will be placed around Fairhaven. Thanks to all who attended and helped out. Fairhaven Staff and Residents are always thrilled to have University of Wisconsin-Whitewater programs but it is even more rewarding when we have Interns who we get to know over the course of a semester and bring an additional skill set. This Spring Semester, we are lucky to have 2 Interns with us, this time assisting with Marketing/Advertising. Our second spotlight will feature Rachel Giesen.
