Where it all started…

If you would’ve asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would have told you without a doubt, that I wanted to be a veterinarian. I have always loved animals and thought that being able to take care of them when they’re sick or hurting would be the perfect career.

After a two year veterinary internship in high school, I decided that maybe it wasn’t the career choice for me but I just couldn’t shake the feeling that I wanted to help people and animals. I decided to take all of the graduation money I had received and attend the Top Performance Equine Sports Therapy school. It was truly the perfect career, I got to help horses and in turn, that helped their owners!

My love for alternative therapy has only grown and I’ve attended many more schools since then. Including having my license in human massage therapy!

It’s so crazy to think that this June celebrates 10 years since achieving that first certification.

I don’t think the girl in the picture knew what would happen 10 years later 🫶🏻

2025, you were an interesting year to say the least 😅

As we are winding down the last few hours of 2025, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for supporting me and this business I have built. No matter what I ran into this year you guys always showed up for me.

As we step into the year of the horse, boy howdy is there BIG NEWS coming! So big you aren’t even ready for it! The last couple of months I have been working really hard toward something incredible and I am SO CLOSE to being able to share it with you all.

I have always said I only bring products to my business that I have either personally used or seen a multitude of success with.

I recently let you all know I was dealing with some health concerns and I finally have some answers to share. I’ve been diagnosed with severe arthritis in both of my knees with a lot of cartilage loss but while we figured that out, we also discovered I had some form of auto immune disease. I have been dealing with excruciating pain which is why I can’t work on horses right now. Painful enough I couldn’t even tell you the last time I slept through the night. We have tried joint injections with two different steroids along with an HA and nerve injections to which none of those helped. I am still waiting for more answers and a plan to move forward so I can get back to my regularly scheduled program!

In the meantime, my Aunt Kerry and cousin Amanda have been patiently waiting for me to give LifeWave a try. I have had success with the patches in relieving a bad migraine that I had and I did try the patches with my knees and it did help alleviate some of the discomfort (should have more success with the right patches 🤣) There is an entire app that can tell you what patches you put where for any pain or condition that you might have. At this point I said “Why not I’ve literally thrown everything but the kitchen sink at trying to make my life less miserable why not add this too”

Hey friends,

Just wanted to share a quick update- due to some health challenges, I will be taking a temporary break from working on horses. As much as I love my work, I need a little time to get back to being as healthy as possible so I can give your horses the quality care they deserve.

For those of you already on my schedule, I will still be taking care of you so don’t worry!

For those that need a horse worked on, my extremely talented friend Lindsey Smyth with LS Equine & Canine Massage Therapies LLC is here to help! She is incredible and was kind enough to welcome my clients in if you need something.
