Application deadline will be 5/1/26 unless we do not have enough applicants by that time

This is an application form which will help us to select individuals to attend the Recovery Coach Academy 60 hours of training at no cost to participants. It is expected that all participants attend all dates of the trainings

Trainings will take place on 6/1/26 through 6/5/26, 6/12/26, 6/15/26, and 6/17/26 through 6/19/26. The times will be 8am to 4:30pm for all trainings

There is a recommended time of 2 years in sustained recovery in order to attend the Recovery Coach Academy

The trainings will take place in person at the Uxbridge Police Department, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, the trainers will decide whether to conduct any of the trainings virtually

We are now filling out our annual survey to look at how helpful and effective we are as a center. We will be asking everybody to take this survey and like last year, as incentive, we'll be providing a $10 WalMart gift card to the first 50 people that show a staff member a screenshot of your successful submittal. We will also be entering everyone that completes the survey into a raffle for a NOWA hoodie! This is how we keep our doors open to anybody who uses this space. The survey is anonymous and confidential; there are no names involved. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. You'll be able to fill out the survey on (whatever technology is available at our center: tablets, computer, etc.) or on your smartphone by scanning a QR code or inputting a URL. We will love it if you participate. It not only will help improve our services, but also will help other people in and seeking recovery down the road. This will be a great opportunity for your voice to be heard, and to help sustain the center. Thank you ☮💜
