Congratulations to our 13 graduating apprentices! We are so proud of all of your hard work and dedication. Tonight we had the changing of shirts, as they went from “apprentice blue” to “MSI blue” these young men have put in so much effort and dedication. They each are so valuable and we are so glad to have them apart of the MSI family. Congratulations, class of 2023’

“Whatever it takes” is a motto/saying/lifestyle that you will hear a lot at MSI. We had a goal of 7million for the month of June. And everyone had the mentality of “whatever it takes” so that we achieve our goal. We have the best of the best people who all share one goal and mindset and will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to achieve it.
Thank you to everyone at MSI who made this goal possible. We could do not do it without each and everyone of you!!!

What a great day it was yesterday having some of the Engineering students from NC A&T come out for an open house. We enjoyed meeting all of them and hopefully hear from some of them regarding an upcoming summer internship! Huge thank you to Mr. David Chamblee their instructor for bringing them out. As well as Hunter (current Manufacturing Engineer) and Garrison (student in Mr. Chamblees class, previous apprentice) for leading the tours and answering any questions they had!
