SPIRITT Family Services SPIRITT Family Services provides mental and emotional health programs for children and families acros

Since 1972, SPIRITT Family Services has provided a critical range of programs to children and families that focus on prevention, early intervention, treatment and recovery for people suffering from mental health issues, domestic violence, child abuse, and substance abuse. We do this by adapting our approach to our community’s ever-changing needs. Whether at our five family centers, schools or in family’s homes, SPIRITT professionals work collaboratively with clients and partners to improve the community as a whole. Our family-focused education, case management, support, and counseling services serve over 6,000 individuals each year. Delivering culturally-sensitive services in multiple languages, SPIRITT is recognized as an organization that quickly adapts to our community’s changing needs. By staying focused and nimble, our team of experts is able to transform funding into real, positive change throughout the community. Our programs have a proven record for helping clients referred to us by juvenile justice, family or dependency courts, child protective agencies, schools and community partners. We work to help families in crisis both stay together and learn ways to support themselves. SPIRITT’s diverse services are centered on:
*Parental Resilience
*Building and Enhancing Social Connections
*Understanding Parenting and Child *Development
*Providing Concrete Support in Times of Need, and
*Children’s Social and Emotional Competence

Our expert staff of mental health professionals focus intently on strengthening families. And by taking into consideration the multicultural communities we serve, SPIRITT identifies the best way to deliver these services, and help families across the community become self-assured and self-supporting. Year over year, our programs continue to enrich the lives of individuals and their families, and build a stronger more resilient community.

On Giving Tuesday!

We have the chance to help parents like Angie, who faced addiction, incarceration, and separation from her children, where she rebuilds, heals, and reunifies with the support from SPIRITT’s Wraparound team.

By donating, you help strengthen connections between families and break cycles of trauma for our SPIRITT families. Please take a moment to watch Angie’s story and see the power of resilience and healing through connection in action.
