Exciting news! Delfast has teamed up with our valued partner, Leili, to drive the growth of our company.

Leili is stepping into operational management, aiming to enhance customer service and overall company performance.

Having been Delfast's production partner since 2017, Leili brings not only robust R&D capabilities but also exceptional customer service. Renowned as one of Asia's most reliable and experienced electric bike manufacturers, Leili excels in producing high-end electric bikes.

From this point forward, Leili will manage customer communication, sales, marketing, payments, warranty, after-sales support, dealership relations, and more. Leili will also oversee the Delfast website and social media accounts. Leili will maintain its responsibility for overseeing logistics and production, showcasing its expert management since 2017.

Leili will continue offering the Top 3.0 ebikes, spare parts, and additional services on the Delfast website. Fantastic news for new customers – Leili is reducing prices for our ebikes!

While we're saying goodbye to the Top 3.0i model, Leili will reach out to customers who ordered it, presenting available alternatives.

For those awaiting previously ordered but undelivered ebikes and parts, we apologize for the delay. The Delfast team has just returned from the largest eco-exhibition, to which we were invited ⚡️

Earth X is an annual event that brings together representatives of society, ecologists, activists, businessmen, and technologists from around the world to discuss environmental issues and find solutions to preserve our planet. Throughout the week, there was an investment summit that could only be attended by invitation, as well as an exhibition dedicated to the problems of humanity - from plastic recycling to nuclear energy.

Our stand featured the TOP 3.0i record holder and the new California bike. We believe that together we can create a future with clean air and mobility for all.

We were glad to meet offline with everyone who came!
