Join us for this magical collaboration of
Breath-tending, aka breathwork and sound bath healing.
Sound healing is a modality using various instruments and vibrations to promote relaxation and reduce stress.
Breathwork offers a transformative internal experience, inviting you to deepen your awareness and relationship to Self.
This 90-minute gathering will guide you through a personal journey and steward you toward vitality and remembering your wholeness. It will consist of 60-70 minutes of sound and breath followed by reflection, sacred space holding, and community connection.
