Mission Court Child and Family Counseling As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) LMFT, I see clients for child, adolescent, adult, couples and family therapy.

I have established my private practice as a safe, confidential, and trusting environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings in a positive healthy manner without fear of being negatively judged and where you can broaden your options for long lasting personal change. I can assist you in finding the answers that you need and in reaching your personal goals. I believe in empowering you in learning how to tap into your internal strengths, develop personal skills, and more suitable ways of coping. Increasing clarity leading to easier choices and decisions when facing personal struggles and overcoming personal challenges. I have worked in the mental health field since 1997 and have worked in different capacities as a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in children and adolescents. Clients are seen for child, adolescent, adult, couples, and/or family therapy. My training and experience have made an impact on me as a clinician and in my approach to treatment. I evaluate your individual needs and together determine appropriate treatment. I can provide stress management techniques, effective communication skills, parenting education, behavioral modification strategies, relationship develop-ment and enhancement to improve your quality of life. I also enjoy assisting families who are being challenged in their relationships with each other, with behavioral problems in school or at home, and in addressing underlying issues that may be the cause of feelings of sadness, depression or that emotionally trigger anxiety or anxious behaviors. My greatest joy is watching you as my client take charge, with active participation in therapy, of your own life, path and journey. To see you grow emotionally, increase your self-esteem, confidence and turn your challenges into opportunities.

COVID has been here for 9+ months now....and winter is looming. Mental health issues related to our lock down and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and other mental health disorders.
