The magic ✨ of essential oils 🌸💧 Yesterday my 16-month-old slipped in the shower and hit her head hard on the tile ledge. Instant goose egg! Within 10 minutes, I pulled out my helichrysum touch roller, so convenient that I didn't have to find my carrier oil and worry about mixing up a dilution or blend. Just grab my roller and apply! Within 15 minutes the swelling had reduced significantly (slide 2), then after another 20 minutes, still more improvement (slide 3). This morning, less than 24 hours later, the swelling is almost completely undetectable and I'm amazed how minor the bruising is with how bad of a bump it was! (Slide 4).

Helichrysum is one of my favorite oils to have on hand with kiddos! It's the main oil in my aka "Bumps, Bruises & Bloody Noses" and is nicknamed "liquid stitches" for it's ability to slow or stop bleeding. I travel with this at all times.
