Comfort Measures class is a gentle, hands-on workshop designed to help you and your partner feel more prepared, more connected, and more confident for labor and birth.

This class is all about learning real, practical skills you can use in the moment — whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, or anything in between.

Together we’ll explore:

Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day — October 15

Today, we pause to honor all the little ones gone too soon — and the families who carry their memory every day.

We remember every story:
Early and late miscarriage
Stillbirth
Termination for medical reasons
Neonatal and infant loss
SIDS and unexplained losses

No matter when or how your loss occurred, your love remains. You are seen, your grief is valid, and your baby’s life matters.

As someone who has experienced three losses, I hold this day very close to my heart. Each of my babies was deeply loved and special in their own way. Their presence — however brief — shaped me as a mother, a doula, and a woman who believes that love endures beyond loss.

At Birth to Latch, we hold space for every family touched by loss — for the stories, the love, and the connection that never fades.

I’m now booking birth & postpartum doula care for September 2025 – March 2026 🗓️
Here’s the thing — your care doesn’t end at the birth.

💡 If your baby is due in December, that doesn’t mean postpartum care stops in December. You may need support after "your village" stops coming. Which is usually within the first 2 weeks. I support families through the postpartum phase — whether that’s January, February, or beyond.

Insurance Clients – If you have Kaiser or Health Net, we can support you all the way up to your baby’s first birthday 🎉

Cash-Pay Clients – We have a birth packages to suit everyone's needs. Postpartum we start care with a minimum of 15 hours for and up to 90 hours of customized support. These visits are often longer shifts than insurance-covered visits, designed to give you more in-depth, hands-on help.

✅ Even if your due date is later, you can still book early to secure your spot.
