One of the biggest questions parents have before birth is, “What about feeding?”

That’s exactly why our weekend childbirth classes include Breastfeeding 101. Because birth doesn’t end when your baby arrives, and those first hours and days matter.🫶🏼

We cover the basics in a way that feels realistic and supportive: what to expect in the hospital, how milk comes in, what’s normal, common challenges, and when to ask for help. It’s not about pressure or perfection. It’s about helping you feel informed and steady as you begin.💖

Whether you plan to breastfeed, combo feed, or are still figuring it out, having guidance ahead of time can make those early moments feel less overwhelming.

Our weekend classes prepare you for birth and beyond, because confidence doesn’t stop at delivery.

Preparation doesn’t remove challenges. it builds confidence.

When parents take a childbirth class, the biggest shift often isn’t about memorizing information. It’s about how they feel walking into birth. 🙏🏼 Understanding what’s happening in the body, knowing what options exist, and having language to communicate needs can make the experience feel steadier and more manageable.✨

Education supports clearer communication, helps partners feel more involved, and makes decision-making feel less rushed. It also prepares families for what comes after birth, so postpartum doesn’t feel like a complete unknown.🫶🏼

This kind of preparation doesn’t promise a perfect experience. It offers clarity, support, and tools that help parents stay grounded as things unfold.

Preparing for birth doesn’t have to feel overwhelming 🤍
Our in-person childbirth classes are designed to help you walk into birth feeling informed, confident, and supported.

Whether this is your first baby or you just want a refresher, these classes are for expecting parents and birth partners who want real tools, real education, and a safe space to ask all the questions.

Our 2-Day Childbirth Intensive covers:
✨ Labor & birth
✨ Inductions & interventions
✨ Comfort measures & partner support
✨ Postpartum recovery
✨ Newborn care & breastfeeding basics

Our Comfort Measures Workshop is one of our favorite classes because it’s hands-on, practical, and deeply connecting for couples. This class helps partners feel confident and prepared while creating space for the birthing person to communicate how they want to be supported during labor. Together you’ll practice positions, massage, relaxation, breathing, movement, and coping techniques that can be used for unmedicated, medicated, or cesarean births.

This workshop is especially loved by:
🤍 Couples wanting to feel more connected and prepared as a team
🤍 Birth partners who want to feel confident in their role
🤍 Second-time (or third-time!) moms hoping to try a different approach and create a more positive birth experience

Postpartum care deserves more attention, more intention, and more support. 🙏🏼 Too often, the focus shifts entirely to the baby while parents are left to navigate recovery, emotions, and identity changes on their own.

What I hope to see more of is preparation that extends beyond birth. Real conversations about healing, hormones, and rest. 🫶🏼 Protection of the postpartum season as a time for recovery and bonding, not pressure or performance. Professional support that doesn’t fall on one partner alone, and mental and emotional care that’s taken just as seriously as physical recovery.

Postpartum is not meant to be isolating. Parents deserve education, community, and ongoing support well beyond the first few weeks at home. When care is centered on the whole family, the postpartum experience can feel steadier, safer, and more supported.✨

Parents deserve better care after birth, and it starts with how we show up for them. ❤️

This is what I want every woman to feel during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, loved, seen, and deeply taken care of.🙏🏼

These seasons are vulnerable and tender. No one should have to move through them feeling alone, dismissed, or unsure of who is truly supporting them. Every woman deserves care that feels steady, respectful, and rooted in compassion, not just in the delivery room, but long after they go home.🫶🏼

That’s also why education matters. Our childbirth classes don’t just prepare parents for labor, they teach partners how to truly show up. How to support with presence, advocacy, calm reassurance, and understanding. Birth and postpartum are not meant to be carried by one person alone.✨

This work is about creating support systems that last. About helping women feel held, heard, and cared for, and helping partners feel confident in how they support the person they love most.❤️

Every woman deserves to feel supported through pregnancy, birth, and her postpartum journey. Always. 👏🏼

The days after birth can feel tender, overwhelming, and deeply emotional all at once. Your body is healing, your world has shifted, and so much of your energy goes toward learning this new little human. Even when it’s beautiful, it can feel like a lot to hold.🙏🏼

This is where postpartum support can change everything.💖

Having a doula means you’re not carrying the mental load alone. It means having someone who answers questions without judgment, reminds you what’s normal, offers calm reassurance, and helps you feel less isolated during a vulnerable season. You’re not spiraling or second-guessing every moment. You’re supported.✨

Postpartum doula support can also look very practical: guidance with newborn care, feeding support, emotional check-ins, space for rest and recovery, and help adjusting to this new season of life. Care for your baby and care for you go hand in hand.

Every parent deserves support after birth. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.🫶🏼

I created Mommy Connection Infant Group because new parents deserve somewhere to go.

When I was postpartum, getting out of the house felt so hard. I remember how heavy those early months felt — and how much it changed everything when I found myself in a room with other parents who understood. That sense of community helped me heal, feel confident, and feel like myself again.

This group was built from that experience.

Mommy Connection is a welcoming space for moms, dads, and caregivers to come as they are, meet other families, talk honestly about parenthood, and watch their babies grow together.

Because support and community shouldn’t be a luxury reserved for a few. Every family deserves access to connection.

We meet Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10am
4 classes each month

If you’ve been craving community, fresh air, conversation, or just a reason to leave the house — this space is for you 🤍Love, Becky

One of the biggest shifts we see when parents feel more prepared isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about knowing what to ask, and feeling comfortable asking 🙏🏼

Questions around consent, timing, interventions, postpartum care, and support can change how birth feels. When parents understand what’s happening and why, decisions feel less rushed and more collaborative. Confidence grows. The experience feels steadier.✨

You don’t need to memorize everything or plan every outcome. Having the right questions, and support that helps you use your voice, can make a meaningful difference.

✨ Our childbirth classes focus on clarity, communication, and advocacy so parents feel informed and supported as things unfold.
