Help us congratulate our February 2026 Employee of the Month, LPN Ashlee Cotton! 💙

Ashlee has been a dedicated part of the Valley View family for 15 years. She started her journey as a CNA and worked her way through school to become an LPN—what an incredible accomplishment!

Ashlee is truly our Wonder Woman. With her, you always get so much more than meets the eye. She is not only an amazing nurse, but also incredibly talented—the creative mastermind behind our annual Halloween celebration, bringing every detail to life in the most magical way! No matter the theme, Ashlee has us covered.

Ashlee is brilliant, beautiful, and has a heart of gold. Our residents absolutely adore her, and we are so blessed to have her as part of our Valley View family.

For many years, Brother Troyer has faithfully walked through our doors every Wednesday to lead Bible study at Valley View Assisted Living. His consistency, kindness, and servant heart have made such a lasting impact on our residents and staff.

Today, we got to turn the tables and celebrate him! We surprised him with a box full of all his favorite things as a small token of our appreciation.
