Today our residents shared their best dating advice. This was such a fun activity, and it was also hilarious hearing some of their stories and the advice they had to give. The laughter was just as sweet as the memories they shared.

Moments like these remind us just how much wisdom, humor, and love our residents bring to each day. We are so thankful for the joy they fill our halls with. ❤️

Please help us celebrate Riley Roberson, our January Employee of the Month at Valley View. Riley has been a dedicated Resident Care Aide for four years and is a tremendous asset to our facility. She truly loves our residents and treats them like family, and it shows in everything she does.

Yesterday, we held our Resident Council meeting where important business was taken care of and open discussions were had. This meeting allows our residents to share their thoughts, concerns, and ideas about what goes on here—and that matters.

We believe it is very important that our residents have a voice and a say in certain decisions. Resident Council gives them the opportunity to be involved, speak up, and help guide positive changes within our community.

We also talked about new changes and upcoming improvements, and we are excited about all the changes happening here at Valley View—and our residents are just as excited too! 💙✨

We’re gearing up for America Heart Month by focusing on movement that keeps our hearts strong and our circulation flowing.

From Sit to Be Fit exercises to simple get-up-and-move activities, every little bit of movement helps improve circulation, boost energy, and support overall heart health. It’s not about how fast you go—it’s about moving safely, staying consistent, and having fun together.

We are discovering some beautiful hidden talents among our residents, and moments like this remind us just how special this place is. 💙

What started as an impromptu performance quickly turned into something truly moving as Mr.Tal led everyone in Amazing Grace. 🎶

Music therapy is so underrated—It’s good for the soul, good for the mind, and does the heart so much good. These are the moments that stay with you and remind us why connection, creativity, and music matter so deeply.

We had so much fun today in our Spoonful of Fun Cooking Class here at Valley View! Our residents made dirt pudding and each one got to create their own just the way they wanted. It turned out so good—and it was absolutely delicious! 😋
We love making sweet memories together one spoonful at a time! 💛✨

Sit & Get Fit Aerobics at Valley View! 🪑💪
Today we had a great time in our Sit & Get Fit aerobics class here at Valley View Assisted Living! Our residents were moving, stretching, and getting their bodies warmed up all while having fun and staying safe.

You could see the smiles the whole time… they absolutely LOVE it! ❤️
We’re so proud of our residents for showing up and giving it their best every time!
