The Department will extend the Childbirth and Breastfeeding Support Demonstration (CBSD) by five years. The Department is also soliciting comments on the CBSD and its potential integration into the TRICARE Basic benefit. The comment period will end 30 days after the publication of this notice....

UPDATE: These are my last days in have in office in Wichita Falls. For the first couple weeks of April I will have VERY limited home visit availability for established clients only. Then, it will be a wrap here for Wichita Falls 🥹

I am very sad to be leaving the Wichita Falls community, but its just part of the military life!

Changes are coming ‼️

It’s been no secret that my time here in Wichita Falls is coming to an end 😭 (let’s not talk about that right now) and with that, changes are inevitable.

First things first - our beloved Courtney is branching out on her own and we are SO excited for her! With a move coming up it just made sense that she took those wings and flew! Courtney will continue lactation care here in Wichita Falls under her practice -

Wichita Falls - you are so lucky to have her!

As for me, this isn’t goodbye just yet. More on that later. 🥹

Do you know what is in the tampons and pads you’re buying?

These products that women have to use every month can be ridden with toxic metals, hormone disrupting plastics, pesticides, fragrance (don’t get me started) - the list goes on.

Why is this still happening? From a young age we are exposed the products with ingredients that are damaging our bodies.

We don’t get to hit a do over button. We can only hit the do better button.

Switch to tampons that are 100% organic cotton. Not the ones that just have an organic cotton core (yeah they’re out there and they look amazing, but 🤮)

Your body deserves better. 🖤
