Breast self-exams are a powerful tool for early detection. Women should do a breast self-exam every month to look and feel for any changes. Regular self-checks help you stay familiar with your body—and can detect cancer early, when it’s easier to treat and more likely to be cured. 💗

Here’s how to do it:- Pick the same time each month.- Examine your breasts in front of a mirror for changes in shape, size, or skin.- In the shower, feel your breasts and armpits for unusual lumps or thickening.- Repeat the exam while lying down, using circular motions with your fingertips.
