Women’s History Month is a celebration of the trailblazers and leaders who have transformed healthcare through courage and commitment. Women have expanded access to care and championed practices rooted in dignity and respect. Their influence remains central to progress across disciplines.

In rehabilitation, women have shaped research, guided innovation, and supported patients in reclaiming strength and independence. We recognize the women whose daily work reflects a deep dedication to healing.

🏀 March Madness Continues at Red River!

Day 2 & 3 brought even more teamwork and fun!

Staff participated in “Safety Fouls” with a scavenger hunt to find hidden contraband, helping reinforce the importance of staying alert and maintaining a safe environment.

We also played “Pass the Ball,” focusing on strong communication and teamwork across departments. To keep everyone energized, our snack cart made the rounds as a well-deserved treat! 🍿🥨

It’s been great seeing our team come together, build skills, and have fun while focusing on safety and collaboration.

Clinical quality and accountability guide everything we do at Red River Hospital. By using research-backed therapies and measurement-based care, we closely track patients’ progress to help ensure that the treatment we provide leads to positive results. We’re proud to share the latest outcomes data for individuals who received care in our inpatient program. By routinely evaluating our patients’ progress, we’re able to refine treatment plans, respond to changing needs, and remain focused on helping individuals achieve long-term healing.

Our Cup of Joe event is a special 30-day follow-up we host for our new employees to connect with facility leadership, share feedback, ask questions, and continue building strong relationships.
