🚨UPDATED CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY🚨
At Elevate, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) and missed appointments prevent us from serving other clients and disrupt clinic scheduling. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following policy will be strictly enforced starting today:
24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. I understand things happen, both ways. I try my best to be accommodating when having to reschedule clients for my own reasons, please be courteous of my time as well. If an appointment is needed to be rescheduled within the 24 hours, please call or text as soon as possible to let me know. If it is an ongoing issue, partial or full payments of services may be required upfront for future appointments.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee (if not rescheduled).
No-Shows
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
• Clients who no-show more than once will be required to prepay in full for all future appointments. No exceptions.
• Additional no-shows may result in dismissal from scheduling with Elevate in the future.
Late Arrivals
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.
• If rescheduling is required due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
Deposits & Prepayments
I will begin asking for a card on file for all clients, whether booking online, over the phone, or in office. This protects my time and my schedule. Deposits will be required for the following appointments: New Weight Loss Consult/Appointment, Renewing Weight Loss, IV Therapy, Filler, Botox, Microneedling, or Lipo-Dissolve. If you have already paid for your appointments in advanced, and pre-book with me, deposits are waived for the pre-booked (paid) appointments.
• All deposits are non-refundable but are able to go towards your service.
• Deposits may only be transferred if proper 24-hour notice is given.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit all deposits.
By booking an appointment with Elevate, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide timely, high-quality care to every client. I am going on 2-years of business, and I have been VERY generous with my time and no-shows/late cancellations. Please understand I mean no harm to anyone with this policy, I am only setting healthy boundaries.
