💪❤️ The Great American Smokeout, held every third Thursday in November, is a national event that encourages people to take the first step toward a smoke-free life. It’s a powerful reminder that quitting smoking — even for one day — is a big step toward better health and a stronger heart.

🚭 Quitting smoking improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, and greatly reduces your risk of heart disease and stroke. Every smoke-free day matters for your heart!
