Valentine's Day:

I'm not anti-love.... nor anti-show me the love ...

I may however be anti-calender designated recognition of showing the love.. I mean seriously – who needs the reminder TO love – or the pressure of feeling like you’re a “failure” if your not celebrating???

If your in relationship ... I truly hope your both showing the love. Every day ... not because it's February 14 ... relationships take consistent nurturing ..... but sure today, since the calendar is speaking – go ahead and lean in if you needed a boost to love BIGGER – and just love bigger!!!

And if your single... don't allow a calendar designate that you should be sad ... or feel ... less than ... simply because you are not coupled up ... I applaud your courage to walk alone ... rather than be in wrong relationship ... because after all ... we are truly never really alone ... and if you feel alone... then... refer back to this post often today ... because I love you!!!! Even if we don't personally know each other!!!
Because we all deserve love ... because we are all truly connected and because a calendar date doesn't equal obligatory coupling...

And if your missing your loved one today... and this may be the hard one ... lean into your memories and let them wrap you so tightly in the blessing and gift of what was ... that many do not ever get to experience in this lifetime .... and allow yourself to remember they are not gone from you, that love has not ended... they are simply a little further up the road, temporarily out of sight ... but that grand love - well that remains right here for you to still breathe in

So Love the bed that you woke up in, love the fact that you even woke up! Love the sky outside that colors your world in a never ending palette, love the birds that joyously sing to you, love the cool air that kisses your face, love that first sip of coffee as it warms your spirit, love the satiny feel of your own skin – because being comfortable in your own skin is a huge life success!! Love your life experiences – all of them, love every stranger you see today – share a smile and offer a howdy – let those love ripples pour out of you!!
Love every bit of your life – all of it to the depth every emotion can carry you, love every moment of it – because we never have enough of them, today and everyday ... Don't wait for a calendar day to express love and don't wait for somebody else to make you feel worthy of love – however I digress – the calendar is speaking so I dare you to use it to your advantage – and just LOVE today!!
Let Love Lead – and we will silently change the world

Life gets lifey for all of us

We hurt, we grieve, and we experience joy, embody hope .... as we just keep moving along the path

Thats all you can do sometimes ... just keep going even when its slowly, even in uncharted territories with no idea where the destination is, even when its all uphill - both ways .... we will certainly be changed along the way ... but isn't that also the beauty of life? The weaving of the threads into magnificent new patterns ... even if we have to walk alone for a while, leave some behind at a juncture, as long as we don't quit on ourselves we are winning this game of life

There is still such beauty to behold

As much of the nation is awaiting massive winterization ... we have no control over the weather... we can prepare and then just sit back and ride the wave

In the meantime, if you need a warm moment just look over here!!

All seasons ebb and flow ... that is a given ... it is up to us to sustain ourselves within each season present

Sometimes a momentary shift in perspective is exactly what we need to keep going

2026 is upon us

Remember ... its not just a new day, one more day, one more year .... but that last year is one less year that we have here to live this life experience

Approaching each day as if it may be your last may incite the biggest spark to truly live big

Our Story

Reiki is an ancient yet timeless energy holistic healing modality - that is utilized to restore balance and peace - within that sacred space - the channels open up for healing to oneself to begin to grow - on all levels - spiritual - mental - emotional and physical . Reiki is a non-invasive, spiritual practice - that is gentle - and yet a powerhouse.

I encourage you to take your well being into your hands. Because no one else is going to do it for you!! I do private sessions in Wichita Falls - by appointment, in the evenings on weekdays, and all day on the weekends - and most holidays.

I also teach Reiki classes - it is an honor to be able to pass along sacred knowledge to those drawn to heal of self - and others - as there is more need in this world than there are practitioners ..... Ripples forward creates an expansion of a shift towards global healing.

In addition to Reiki Sessions and classes, I host a twice a month meditation group, as meditation and Reiki are partners in creating the quiet calm of our lives - and our very being. I've built this page - to help expand the awareness of Reiki along with the awareness that we each, truly harness the power to transform our lives - once we develop the tools.
