Happy Groundhog Day!
Punxsutawney Phil, saw his shadow this morning, predicting six more weeks of winter.
The NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information put out this nifty little information about his accuracy.
What do you think? 6 more weeks or winter, or is spring around the corner?
Prairie Homestead is celebrating Groundhog Day today in the dining room with Breakfast for lunch in IL, and pancakes for supper in AL.
Did you ever celebrate Groundhog Day? I remember as a kid going to a Groundhog Pancake Supper annually in Deerfield, Kansas.

Prairie Homestead has gone to the dogs! We celebrated our new dog park today in the Garden Room, due to the weather, with dogs and treats and toys... an all around good time was had by all!
