This looks like a very useful resource!
Parenting during these current events can feel overwhelming, filled with questions about safety, stability, what to do next, or what will happen next. The stress can feel unbearable or even chronic.
A 4-week virtual support group, Parenting In Uncertain Times, is designed to support parents & those planning to parent who are navigating the stress, uncertainty, & emotional weight of current & political events.
Led by Kate Acton, LPC, this group blends discussion, evidence-informed strategies, & reflective exercises to help you find connection & make meaning in the midst of uncertainty.
