Today we’re celebrating Kati, our Director of Nursing, on her 2-year anniversary with Keepsake Kottage 🤍

Kati has truly transformed our nursing department. From implementing new processes to successfully getting us live on our EMAR system, she has elevated our clinical side in ways that have made a lasting impact on our residents, our families, and our entire team.

What means the most to me as an owner is this… I don’t have to worry.
I know she’s showing up. I know the job is getting done. I know our nurses are being led, supported, and held accountable. And I know our residents are receiving the level of care we promise.

That kind of trust is rare—and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Kati, thank you for your leadership, your consistency, and the heart you bring into this role every single day. Keepsake Kottage is stronger because of you, and we are so lucky to have you.
