If someone asked, “What is rebounding?” how would you explain it?
Well… rebounding is basically a workout on a mini trampoline 😌
It’s a form of cardio where you’re bouncing, jumping, and moving through exercises that get your heart rate up — but without the harsh impact on your joints like running or traditional workouts.
So you’re still getting a full-body workout, burning calories, and building strength — it just feels way more fun (and a little like being a kid again).
Think: cardio + balance + strength… but make it bouncy.
