Two years ago, we were lucky enough to welcome Carla to the NHTS team, and honestly, we haven't stopped laughing or improving since!

From her absolutely legendary ability to make even the most serious team meeting fun and playful to her uncanny talent for creating the most fun-filled learning environments for our clients, Carla is the heart and soul of our silly side.

But behind the fun and games is a serious passion for ensuring our clients get the absolute best, most effective service possible. If there's one thing Carla loves more than a bad dad joke, it's FLAWLESS INTEROBSERVER AGREEMENT (IOA)! 📊

Her dedication to data reliability, procedural fidelity, and continuous staff training is what makes her an exceptional BCBA. She ensures that every decision we make is backed by the most accurate, trustworthy information, reflecting her core value: compassionate, evidence-based care. She doesn't just collect the data; she makes sure that data is reliable!
