Tidying up can be hard โ€” especially when mental illness can make it feel like an impossible task. On this Get Organized Day, here are some tips to make the process a little easier:

๐Ÿ’™ Block off a set amount of time to clean. Whether it's ten minutes or an hour, once that timer goes off, you're done for the day!
๐Ÿ’™ Enlist the help of family or friends. Having a support group can make a chore feel more like a hangout session.
