TRX Row:
Is one of the many great movements you can do with a TRX.

Why: Unlike any other row using the TRX requires full body engagement and just about anybody can do it with how easy it is to scale.

Remember everyone starts somewhere. You shouldn't start on or compare yourself to someone that's on "step 8" if you're not there yet, The way you improve is just beating the person you were yesterday.

If you're struggling to use the roller for an ab roll out start out with a target like this or if the movement is too challenging regress it to a stability ball then work your way to the ab roller.

The picture on the left I was at my highest weight 215-220lbs and my lowest mental state. The picture on the right was when is me at my lowest weight ever at 145lbs and a higher mental state I could only imagine having. I was always the overweight kid growing up eating out 5-6x a week, living a very sedentary life style playing video games and dodging any physical activity possible. I truly believed that's how it was going to be for the rest of my life after trying countless times to lose weight, because every time I would do what everyone else tries todo when they wanna lose weight, go on some crazy diet and some crazy workout routine. Which for most people that stuff never works because it has no progression and its a complete instant life style change. What I did then (4 years ago) was just started tracking what I eat and eating in a caloric deficit and doing basic workouts 3-4 times a week and after a month or so I finally started seeing some progress and from there I was hooked, I became addicted to the process of it all I woke up everyday with a goal in mind. Then before I knew it in about 7months I did something that I never thought was possible. And all it took was doing the little things everyday I never did any crazy things I still ate fast food here and there and ultimately enjoyed life for the first time in my life. Fast-forward 4 years later and a lot of bumps in the road I'm right where I'm supposed to be. A year of personal training experience under my belt, 3 certifications to my name and more still to learn, I wake up everyday happy and love what I do. Pretty much the moral of this story is anybody can get to where they wanna be no matter the goal, just start today with simple things walk a little bit more, eat a little less and add more over time! If you need help starting your journey to change your life contact me at any time, I'm happy to help!
