March reminds us that nothing stays dormant forever.

The earth softens.

My favorite part of being a massage therapist?

✨ I don’t have to wear shoes all day. ✨

While y’all are out here fighting for your life in stiff boots and business casual torture devices… I’m barefoot and thriving.

But also, it’s deeper than comfort.

Being barefoot literally helps with:
• Better proprioception (body awareness)
• Stronger foot muscles
• Improved posture
• Feeling more grounded + present

Turns out taking off your shoes is low-key nervous system regulation. Who knew?

Grounded feet. Grounded energy. Better sessions.

Let’s talk about something that sneaks up on a lot of us… anterior pelvic tilt. 😬

Basically, it happens when your hip flexors (the muscles at the front of your hips) get tight and pull your pelvis forward. This can cause:
• Lower back tightness
• A tucked or rounded glute area
• That little “pooch” in your belly you can’t seem to shake
• Poor posture or discomfort when standing or walking

The good news? Stretching and releasing your hip flexors regularly can help! Even 5–10 minutes a day can make a huge difference in posture, back comfort, and glute engagement. 🍑

If you sit a lot, stand a lot, or train your glutes consistently but feel like something’s “off,” this is probably why.

✨ Tip: Focus on deep, slow stretches, and breathe into the hips. Don’t rush it, your body needs time to reset.

I love a golden “spring” evening… and I also love being home in it 🌅✨

There’s such a hate/love relationship with evening availability this time of year. The sunshine starts lasts longer, the air feels lighter, and everything in me wants to be outside soaking it in.

But I also know some of my most loyal, hardworking clients can only make it in after 5. Teachers. Nurses. 9–5 grinders. Busy moms. Women building big lives. And being available for you matters to me.

So for now, I’m holding space on Monday + Thursday late nights , but that will be shifting mid-summer as my schedule transitions.

If evenings are your only window, this is your sign to book ahead and secure your spot before the change 🤍
