‼️Did you know that approximately 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated?‼️

That's a big problem when it comes to your supplements working effectively.

Here's why water matters for your supplements:
🔅Helps dissolve supplements properly in your digestive tract
🔅Supports blood volume to transport nutrients throughout your body
🔅Enables cellular processes that utilize the nutrients
Supports the detox pathways that remove waste products
🔅Maintains the health of your gut lining where nutrients are absorbed

But here's the thing — most people approach hydration all wrong.

5 Hydration Game-Changers

1. Front-load your water

Instead of trying to catch up all day, drink 16-20 oz of water right after waking.

This rehydrates you after sleep and sets you up for success.

Keep a full glass by your bedside each night so it's ready first thing in the morning.

2. Use the "before, during, and after" method with supplements

Drink 4-6 oz of water before taking your supplement, use 8 oz to take it, then another 4-6 oz about 15 minutes later.

This creates optimal conditions for absorption.

3. Add a pinch of high-quality salt

‼️‼️USE RE-LYTE‼️‼️

A tiny pinch of sea salt or Himalayan salt in your morning water helps activate enzymes and improves cellular hydration.

The ratio of sodium to potassium needs to be 1:2 or 1:3. We have some work to do! If you get the ratio close enough blood pressure concerns really aren’t a concern as in affect you are getting an IV, drinking it. The potassium counter acts the sodium. How it’s meant to work. (Duh)

4. Create trigger points throughout your day

Link hydration to specific daily activities.

For example:
Before each meal = one glass
After each bathroom break = small glass
Every time you check email = several sips
Before/after each meeting = finish whatever is in your bottle
5. Monitor your success with the "clear to light yellow" method

The color of your urine is a reliable indicator of hydration status.

Aim for clear to light yellow most of the day.

Dark yellow or amber means you need more water ASAP.

Try implementing just ONE of these strategies this week and see how differently you feel.

Many customers report noticeable improvements in energy, skin appearance, and supplement effectiveness within just days of proper hydration.

Maturing is realizing that when you're in a relationship with someone who genuinely wants to grow with you, they will always bring up something that doesn't sit right with them.

It's not a personal attack, and it's not about pointing fingers or making you feel guilty. It's a sign of care, a sign that they see the potential in the relationship and want it to thrive. They're choosing honesty over avoidance, communicatior over resentment. They bring things up not to hurt you, but to prevent misunderstandings, repeated mistakes, and emotional strain.

When someone values the relationship-and values you--they're willing to have the uncomfortable conversations because they know the alternative is far worse: letting problems fester, creating distance, and slowly eroding trust.

So, the key is patience. Listen with an open heart not a defensive shield. Understand that their feedback is about growth, not judgment. Maturing in love means recognizing that true partnership is a constant balance of understanding, adjusting and supporting each other--not winning arguments or proving points.
