📣 We’re Hiring! Field Service Engineer at Associated Imaging Services (AIS)

Associated Imaging Services has been proudly serving the medical community since 1990, and we’re excited to be growing our team! We’re looking for a full-time Field Service Engineer who is passionate about helping others and enjoys working hands-on with technology.

In this role, you’ll primarily work on nuclear medicine equipment, with occasional support for diagnostic ultrasound systems. The position involves travel to hospitals and clinics throughout Kansas, with some work in Oklahoma and Missouri. When not in the field, you’ll be based at our AIS headquarters.

✨ What You’ll Do

- Perform preventative maintenance on nuclear medicine cameras

- Troubleshoot and repair down systems

- Manage your own schedule and coordinate directly with customers

- Assist with system installs, deinstalls, and relocations

- Provide exceptional communication and support to the medical teams we serve

✨ Who We’re Looking For

A self-driven, motivated problem solver who:

- Has excellent communication skills (in person, phone, email/text)

- Enjoys working with tools and repairing/fixing equipment

- Has strong knowledge of electronics and computers

- Takes pride in resolving issues quickly and supporting customer needs

It was such a privilege to work with Dr. Wolcott and his amazing team of Sonographers while installing their 5th Mindray system today at Southwest Regional Wound Care Center In Lubbock, TX!
Their dedication to providing life changing care for non-healing wounds, treating venous disease, and offering much needed access to cardiovascular imaging for the community is very impressive!
