We are SO excited to partner with Maize South High School Booster Club and Maize South Athletics to provide $20 sports physicals for all students. 100% of all proceeds will be donated back to the Booster Club. Physicals will be done at our office from April 1st-May 15th and will be valid for the 2026-2027 school year. Call us today to make sure your child gets on the schedule!
