Downing and Lahey Mortuaries and Crematory was honored to have our President, Allison Morris Walden, participate in and serve as a judge for the Wichita Police Department Honor Guard Training and Competition yesterday.

It was a true privilege to witness the dedication, discipline, and respect demonstrated by each member of the Honor Guard. The time and effort these officers commit to preparing for such sacred ceremonies reflects their deep commitment to serving our community with integrity and excellence.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Wichita Police Department for allowing us to be part of this meaningful event and for the care and professionalism they bring to honoring others.
