We had a guest speaker on Thursday, April 16th. Gale Kinzer, LMSW with Midwest Counseling Services, spoke about social connections. She highlighted the importance of getting out and making connections with others. This not only helps oneself but also, in turn, others with physical and mental health. She mentioned that seeing the light in another person makes people feel like they matter. Listening to others' stories and sharing your own is a good way to feel seen and find your own light within. One small social connection a day can make the biggest difference 💡

Alida C. is our Employee of the Quarter for Q1! 💛 Residents, families, and fellow associates wrote that Alida is attentive, kind, pleasant, caring, and careful. She goes out of her way to help in any situation. She always put residents' needs first. She's such a great Med Aid!

The “Anything but a Cup” prank our team pulled on Executive Director Maggie went amazingly—she caught on quickly, but was still surprised and thought it was funny!
Maggie is such a good sport, and it’s just one of the many reasons we’re so lucky to have her leading our Executive Director!
