Today is the first day of Open Enrollment to get health insurance plans from the Marketplace for 2026. You can sign up for health insurance, adjust your current plan, or cancel your plan. You have until December 15 to ensure you have coverage starting January 1. If you enroll between December 16 and January 15 you will have coverage beginning February 1. Open Enrollment ends on January 15.
