Yesterday, Sierra, Angela, and Taylor joined our new friend AJ as she kicks off her Mindful Movement class! We began with mobility, stretching, and grounding followed by strength training, and ending with guided mindfulness.

This type of class is something I wish we had growing up. Between Sierra boping to the tunes, Angela adding variety, and AJ cheering us on, it was an amazing atmosphere. I’m continually impressed by how well you feel when you surround yourself by this energy.

NEDA weeks starts today, and today we’re reminded the importance of mindful and JOYFUL movement. AJ, thank you for this class and working to change the fitness game.

We have raised $2,000 so far to help cover outpatient treatment costs with The Village’s sponsorship fund. WOW.
