What’s different about my classes?
We don’t rush the ending.
The movement is intentional
but it’s not the main event.
It prepares your body…
opens things up…
creates space.
And then we use that space.
At the end of class, we take a full 10 minute savasana
and if there’s room, you’re always welcome to stay longer.
No rush.
No pressure to pop back up.
No immediate return to the noise.
Just time to let your body integrate
and to sit with yourself for a moment.
I’ll be honest…
that part can feel a little uncomfortable at first.
Most of us aren’t used to being still long enough
to actually notice what’s going on underneath everything.
But that’s where the shift happens.
Not in how hard you push
but in how willing you are to stay.
