This movement has been living rent-free in my body lately.
Radiant Waterfall comes from a practice that views the body as a channel; where energy is meant to circulate, not stagnate. Physically, it invites length through the spine, opens the shoulders and chest, and gently strengthens the legs through repetition and rhythm. Energetically, it’s designed to gather vitality on the inhale and release what’s spent on the exhale, supporting grounding, clarity, and flow.
In this sequence, we repeat the shape several times on each side, vinyasa between rounds - not to push or perform, but to let the nervous system learn a steady pattern:
rise → pour → soften → repeat.
I’m still exploring the exact arm pathway (if you’ve studied this, you know 😅), but even in that exploration, this version feels deeply regulating. There’s something about the continuous, wave-like motion that helps move stagnant energy, soften excess tension, and leave the body feeling both awake and at ease.
This is the kind of mindful movement I love in January. Supportive for circulation, gentle on the joints, and nourishing for the nervous system.
✨ Save this for your next slow flow
💧 Or come practice it with me this month
