SALT
Here is a high level overview of different kinds of salts and their benefits. I sell Selina Naturally Celtic Sea Salt because I know her and her level of quality, but there are other good brands as well. When looking for a salt that is pure and unprocessed, I encourage you to check the processes they use and that they provide regular third-party testing of their mineral content. For example, Selina Naturally uses only wooden tools during processing and ensures salt sources because metal tools leach minerals and provides testing results regularly. Note: most natural salts do contain a trace amount of lead because it is naturally present on nature. So don't freak out when you see it in the list. Large quantities definitely beware, but trace amounts are normal.

I've found most of these to be true. Haven't tried them all regularly. These are from a page called Holistic Life that I follow. One of the principles of Kingdom Health is to just start learning and putting the truth into your brain so that when your body sends up a signal it needs something, your brain has more truth in it about God's design. Romans 12:2...renew your mind. Your health will follow. Every little tidbit of information helps!

One thing I teach in Kingdom Health talks is to just start putting the truth into your mind so that when your body sends a message to your brain, you are ever increasing the knowledge bank from which your mind uses to answer the body in our mind body feedback loop. (Romans 12:2, 8:6) It's not all going to be right or perfect and, as always, you have to keep in mind that most people giving classes have their own colored glasses or may be selling something, but don't worry about it. Just start learning! And pray and fail and keep going!

Natural Grocers has some great classes...here are upcoming classes at the west one in Wichita. They will also give you guided shopping tours of the store for any condition or nutrition plan you have! They are very helpful and knowledgeable.
