We are on to week 3!! Now is the time to go even deeper. Really look at what is serving your emotional well being. What choices do you make that drains your productivity or joy in living? What things do you need to increase so that you do not fall back into wasting your life on things that do not help you Move UP towards the life you want to live?

We are starting week 2!! Time to look at what you put inside your body. This week focus on one thing. Maybe do not eat any foods with added sugar. Or eat only whole non-processed food. Maybe you increase your water intake. Maybe you simply take a look at what you actually are eating and spend this week deciding if those food fuel your health or if they actually decrease your health.
