I had to try it and it was good!! 38 grams of protein!
Cottage Cheese Bread
1 c cottage cheese
2 eggs
Your favorite seasoning ( I used everything bagel)
Mix together (blender or Sonic Chopper). Pour onto Silicone Mat. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
It made a great wrap for some lettuce, chicken & raspberry vinaigrette!!
